§ 13.02. Intent.

A Planned Unit Development is intended to encourage the following:
A.

Preserves open space and other sensitive lands through uses of creative design that takes advantage of special features including geography, vegetative cover, topography, site size or shape for their best potential, and

B.

Incorporates a variety of land uses including residential, commercial and industrial purposes plus their accessory uses allowing a creative approach in the development of a specific site to meet anticipated residential, commercial and industrial demand.
