§ 27.02. Terms Used in This Ordinance.

For the purposes of this Ordinance, certain terms are used herein. When not inconsistent with the context:
(1)

Words used in the present tense include the future tense, the singular number includes the plural, and the plural number includes the singular;

(2)

Words "must" and "shall" are mandatory, and the word "may" is permissive;

(3)

Words "used" or "occupied" include the words "intended, designed, or arranged to be used or occupied."
