§ 12-154. Landlord, tenant relations.

Latest version.

All residential tenants and all relations between landlords and residential tenants shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Public Act No. 348 of 1972 (MCL 554.601 et seq.).

Such act is incorporated in this section by reference, and any violation of such act is a violation of this article.
