§ 18-1. Hindrance or disobedience of orders at fire.

(a)

No person shall wilfully hinder or offer hindrance to anyone in the performance of his duty at a fire.

(b)

No person who shall be present at a fire shall disobey the orders of the fire marshal or the officers in command of the fire company or of the president or any member of the council.
