§ 24-67. Window peeping.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to look, peer, or peep into or be found loitering around or within view of any window not on his own property with the intent of watching or looking through the window, in a manner as would be likely to interfere with the occupant's reasonable expectation of privacy and without the occupant's express or implicit consent.
