§ 24-418. Prescriptions.

  • (a)

    No person shall falsely make, utter, publish, pass, alter or forge a prescription.

    (b)

    No person shall obtain or attempt to obtain a prescription drug by giving a false or fictitious name to a pharmacist or other authorized seller, prescriber or dispenser of controlled substances.

    (c)

    No person shall knowingly attempt to obtain, obtain or possess a controlled substance as a result of a false, fictitious, forged or altered prescription.

    (d)

    No person shall knowingly possess a false, fictitious, forged or altered prescription.
