§ 26-31. Animals.

No person shall permit domestic animals to run at large in a park nor allow any dog therein except on a leash not longer than six feet, nor shall any animal be ridden or led onto any portion of a park. The riding of horses and other animals shall be restricted to surfaced areas used for streets or roadways and parking areas and to bridle paths that may be created expressly for this purpose.
