§ 30-30. Time limitations.

Any sale described in this article shall not be conducted for any period in excess of three consecutive days within six calendar months. However, an additional permit may be issued by the village clerk during such six-month period if the applicant is in the process of moving into or out of the village. The village clerk may not issue in excess of two additional permits during the six-month period for any reason.
