§ 38-2. Resolution of conflicts.

(a)

If a conflict occurs between the Michigan Vehicle Code adopted by section 38-1 and the uniform traffic code adopted by section 38-31, the Michigan Vehicle Code shall prevail.

(b)

If a conflict occurs between the Michigan Vehicle Code adopted by section 38-1 and this Code or any ordinance, the Michigan Vehicle Code shall prevail.

(c)

If a conflict occurs between the uniform traffic code adopted by section 38-31 and this Code or any ordinance, this Code or the ordinance shall prevail.
